Beautiful paddocks, majestic trees, an awesome couple and a golden retriever! Can a photographer ask for any more? This engagement session goes down as one of my favourites!

 

When I first met Courtney & Jack, I felt we clicked instantly. After chatting about their wedding plans we quickly got onto the conversation of our fur babies. I insisted that they bring their handsome Golden Retriever Scooby to their engagement shoot (because I JUST love puppy cuddles) and they said their engagement session wouldn’t be complete without him.

The sun stayed out just long enough so we could get some amazing images on their friend’s incredible property at Kairi. Scooby proudly posed for his headshot with his gorgeous collar made up of white roses and eucalyptus, created by the girls at Bud n Bloom in Atherton.

The proposal story…

Courtney & Jack met at after school swim training in high school. During a trip to Europe, Jack surprised Courtney by getting down on one knee and proposing in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris! Talk about every girl’s dream!

Jack and Courtney will be getting married in 2020 at the beautiful Ellis Beach. When I asked what they were most excited for they said “For all our family and friends to be in the same spot at the same time and to marry my one true love on the beautiful sandy beaches in Ellis Beach near Palm Cove” With family travelling from overseas, it’s going to be a beautiful family reunion!

Congrats on your engagement Courtney & Jack – I can’t wait until 2020 arrives and I can officially begin the countdown to your wedding!
